Can you get old coffee, pet, or food stains out?
Most of them. Coffee, mud, food, and pet accidents come out with our hot-water extractor. Set-in dye stains (like pen ink) may lighten but not fully disappear.
Do you charge extra for pet hair?
Normal pet hair is included. Heavy shedding adds $25 via the Pet Hair Removal add-on.
